From the outside, not the best-looking pub like a barn or big house, But once inside there is a foyer with local information lounge area with TV very warming relaxing room there is a woman’s touch here, with nice accommodation on the right and the public bar on the right so straight to the bar and checked in and had a beer.
My room are nice with en-suits and there was a large group of blokes from Woolgooga that provide the entertainment for the night, good pub food had the steak and a bottle of red in the public bar, The beer garden cool and large heaps of local kids playing on the grass and cow cockies in the bar having a few coldies had a good night with a few rumbos. Next day headed to Tooloom Falls that was closed still went and had alook great drive and the mountain ranges a wonderful.
Woodenbong Seasonal "Yowie Country" Market held on the last Saturday of the month at the end of each season in February, May, August, and November.

great place to base yourself rainforest, water falls, bushwalking or a game of Golf
Unusal built hotel but it works and is practical with lockup sheds for touring motorbikes to give you pease of mind

The pub is bigger than you think and well layed out
small public bar opening up to beergarden and bottleshop though the door
The wood duck inn dinning room
large lounge area to chill out after the day out exploring the area
Guest lounge with TV thought to dinning or beergarden
Country pub open fire place a womens touch in this room
good pub food T-bone with fresh veg simple but nice to have fresh not frozen the little thing count
Im in the public bar having a beer with locals realy friendly people farmers, cow cockies

Nice simple menu The wood duck inn
the boys from Woolgoolga base them self for day trip around the maintains
T-Bone Steak w fresh veg and peper sauce
